Older e-gold accounts,will allow the account holder access to toggle a switch within the account admin area and allow the account to "accept spends from blocked accounts".A new brand e-gold account does not permit this action.
Older ccounts can 'cash out' the blocked funds by receiving the spend.Brand new accounts are not yet 'seasoned' and will not accept blocked funds.
